★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service fir delivery and sales. Also the showroom understood customer requirement before suggesting the models.
But installation was incomplete which I realized after I left. They did not put buffers under chairs or tables which they should generally because 90 percent times the floor is not perfectly plain or flat. This buffer putting should be a part of the installation process.
Also, they should have a person for touch up on the installation day- after the package is opened by them sometimes the furniture has minor chips and damages and having a touch up person then and there to complete the work will make the customer feel that installation was completely done.
In my case touch up was done after a month of repeatedly following up with the vendor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the located in a very strategic location, so it's definitely an advantage. The sales person Dev is really a nice guy and I ended with purchasing a dining table set. I am using it for couple of days and by looks and quality it's decent. I can update the product review later with long term update.
There are plenty of space so there are many items on display. It's definitely smaller than that of their Homeland mall store however it works well. Though I didn't availed however they said that they can modify the displayed product if you need it or as per your taste and requirements.
Coming to the service part their team was actually very quick to respond. The delivery was before the promised date and they assembled the product at the same day of delivery. I already took service from couple of other vendors before but nobody is that fast.
As of now if I consider the purchase experience it's good.
