My i phone fell and although it was on, there was no output ! I didn’t take back up of all my data and was so worried about getting it back . Just then I called up Hitesh bhaiya and within 2 days I got my phone back, the display was working fine there was no need of replacing the Same. The motherboard was to be repaired and it was done so skillfully that all my data got saved and device got back in order ! All this was done at such a minimal price and quickly !! I must must recommend this place .

Mobile care is the best shop in our west delhi in any customer have Mobile and Laptop related issue my recomend u have to go first choice mobile care quality repairing and parts change as the very reasonable price with warranty . Mobile care shop Mr Hitesh is the best person and complete polite nature.

This guy is highly unprofessional, arrogant and has no ethics at all. Has zero respect for customers time and effort and OPENLY REFUSES TO SERVE A CUSTOMER just because he does not feels like. Firstly the shop is not open for 24 hrs as shown in google maps. I visited his shop 2 day ago and the guy was in the process of closing it at 8pm so i just told him the problem in my mobile and got estimate about the charges. He told me it will take about 25 mins to fix it and told me to come next day. I requested him if he can check it now as i came from very far off place but he said the shop is already closed so come tomorrow. I went again and reached around 7:25 there was enough time for them to at least look into the problem but again he says we are busy in devices we are fixing and refused to fix my mobile asking me to come tomorrow again during day time. He told police will challan him if he opens the shop after 8pm however if you are willing to give 2000 as challan to police i'll work on your mobile. I still respected his decision to decided to come next day. Today i went again for the third time during the day at around 11:30am and this time he simply refuses to work on my mobile. And when i asked for a reason he told i saying No to you from last 2 days and still you are coming back. I will not fix your mobile and he gave some invalid and false reasons like you have went to some other shop and you are not talking properly bla bla bla. Meanwhile he was arguing rather rudely with another customer who happen to be a female. Apparently he was overcharging her by changing his previous statement probably because he has zero integrity and no business ethics. The bigger problem here is he wasted my time, effort and travelling cost taking into account petrol is costing 101+ in delhi. How can someone be so unprofessional. If he has no intention to serve customers why has he opened the shop!! I am sure that all the positive REVIEW ARE FAKE and PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO HIS SHOP BASED ON GOOGLE REVIEW which i did. For reference i am attaching this guys pic along with standing female customer he was overcharging
