If I could give zero, I would be very happy to do that. I am pretty sure all reviews were fake so far. I had terrible experiences with these people and it hasn’t been once but multiple times. ->Firstly the way they treat customers, you will see difference in before and after you pay for their service.. until you decided to give your phone to repair they will be very cool and kind with you and once they get the money paid into their pockets they will show you their original self that will be very rude and completely irresponsible behaviour. ->For me, I was told the owners are my relatives although I never know them personally, I thought at least they would provide me better service and it has never happened.. Once I went to them with two phones, they had replaced batteries for both the phones and charged me Rs.:1500/-.. With in a week both were gone.. I went back to them then they replaced both batteries and charged me Rs:1500/- again. I asked them not to charge or charge me less because same products from them did not last a week.. After all, they insisted me to pay again otherwise they can’t give the phones back to me.. So I left with no option, I had to pay to get my phones back… -> Again within 10 days they were gone.. That’s when I realised these people are selling fake products , tactical behaviour for money and most importantly worst service.. And this is not the end, all the above has happened few months back and I did not give much attention…. ->Yesterday my fathers phone had a battery problem, as I mentioned earlier these people are relatives so my father went to the same place and they replaced the battery for that they charged around Rs.:300/-.. ->Today morning the phone was off and when I checked the battery, it was swollen and again the same experience it’s a FAKE PRODUCT. Then I felt really bad and went back to them asked about it, their response was “we can do nothing about it and again you have to get it changed at the same expense”.. (Not even a apology) My old man deserves an apology.. common man, he gave you a chance after all what you guys have done… ->I asked him a simple question, will you buy a product which goes off in a day.? He got offended by that and as mentioned earlier they came into their self as a result started behaving in a very rude way… If all this is happening to one of their relatives I can imagine how they would treat normal customers.. Finally If you’re a person who values time and money, I strongly do not recommend this place… “ FAKE PRODUCTS AND FAKE SERVICE “ Have look at the photos I uploaded, these guys are selling fake products having printed the brand names on it..
