★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained by enough staffs. You do not need to wait for long even if it is crowded. Wide range of products. Helping staffs with proper guidance. You can have enough time to compare. Reasonable price. Good location, with great parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bitter experience. The salesman insisted on my buying A12 set by speaking very cleverly. The next day I faced acute call drop issue . The salesman said 'sir, get your JIO SIM replaced' . Being helpless I did that , but the problem remanind as before. Actually he wanted me to delay because after 14 days one can't make replacement request. On the 13th day he sent me to Samsung Care saying "I have talked with them and they will give you D.O. and after that you will be able to get your set replaced.". But neither I got D. O. nor my problem was addressed. I am still suffering with the problem set. Strangely enough the audio file of the new set contained extremely foul and unwanted audios . The set was probably given to an unlucky customer like me and he got it replaced somehow. This time MOBILE PLAZA made no mistake to CHEAT me for 13000/- rupees. Never go to Mobile plaza , never buy mobile handset off line. On-line purchase offers you the scope to get your goods replaced on any ground . You have the freedom to say "not to my choice" , but at MOBILE PLAZA you are not free to have your choice. I repent that I went to such a horrible shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good behaviour of all the stuff.so many new collections also. and the store owner is a very good human,he feed the street dogs regularly.that touched all the customers i think .I forgot to click the shops pics but only the happiness of the dogs when they show the owner.
