★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My J7 Pro screen cracked when it fell out of my hand. I went to repair the screen. I was given the choice of putting an Original Copy for 1400 or LED original for 3500. I chose Original Copy. The screen responsiveness was below the usual. Today out of the blue when I checked my phone during flight, the screen had white lines. There's a dark patch on the right top corner where display is absent. 2mm of the right side has also gone blank.
Sub-Par service. I would be going back to Delhi next week and talking to the service person. Will update then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month I gave them a phone to repair. After 3-4 hours they returned the phone and it seemed to be working condition. However next day the phone died again. I again went there as they had given 15 days warranty. This time they told me that they would like to keep it for few days and check the issue. However after that I kept on calling them but on one pretext or the other they kept on delaying the matter. Finally I went there last week and was told that the phone has been repaired and is working fine and they will deliver it on 15 March 2021. Today i.e 17 March when I went there they asked me to wait. As I persisted they returned the phone (non-functional) but did not refund the full amount they had taken for repairing the phone. I would not recommend this shop to anybody.

They will steal your original parts from you r phone and replace them with duplicate, in the name of repair.
They will talk sweet, if you are trusting them with your hard earned money gadgets,stay away from them.
I went there for my phone screen repair, they changed the screen but they damaged my phone's charging port, and suggested me to get the charging port replaced, even after changing the port and paying the money asked. My phone went dead .I asked for the solution they started arguing and dint return my money.
I had to take the faulty phone..????
Please beware they fraudster and cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited to the shop for my NOKIA 5.1 Plus Battery drain issue. They told me for changing the battery will resolve the issue..i paid for the battery.. And when I reached to the home.. The phone was not charging. I called them up and tell them about the issue and the told me to visit next day. Next day they checked and said your charging jack is damaged( which was working perfectly earlier). Again I paid for the charging jack patta.. Battery and charging jack cost me Rs. 1400. After they changed the jack and I tested the charging was working. So I came back to home. After full charging when I switched it on and hardly I had spent 5 minutes on phone I noticed battery was going down like Hell. I left the phone as it is and after an hour when I saw my phone it was already switched off and even not charging when I tried to. Again I called them up and same scene I visited next day they told me IC shot ho gyi hai..repair it would cost 650 I argue with them then they told for
500 and I paid for the repair. After half an hour they showed me the phone was charging in switched off mode at 2%. After this I came back to home and plugged in my phone for charging and when I switched it on the network was not showing on the phone. I tried many times by switching manual to automatic mode but it was kept showing no network available.. Through all this I experienced one thing never ever go to the Nehru place for any kind of repair.. They all are fraudsters and cheaters.. Who played with your hard earned money. I was fed up and also I had no power to go Nehru place (30 km up down) again for this.
For any repair always try to do it with your local repair shop first otherwise visit service centre but not Nehru place.
