★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased handsfree from MI store JanakPuri on 19 August 2020, but in sometime it's not working properly , it's in guarantee, then I visited MI service store(Jwalaheri market, Jwala market, 8,Rd number 30, Paschim vihar, New Delhi 110063) they said it's working with our phone we can't change this, they said if it's not working in your phone it means your phone is not working properly and they refused to repair and second time I came with another mobile, issue still same, then they said we can't change because it's working in our phone, but if I'm facing issues then only I'm visiting them, they totally wasted my time and the service center people were very rude they don't even listened what I said they only reply we can't repair. They denied two times to repair the handsfree, I regret to choose MI, I would like to suggest not to go with MI for any product because they never value their customers and in the end I through handsfree on their store and I went, for a handsfree I went through so much of drama and so much of explanation. Worst experience of mine with MI store, I would never recommend any one to go there and purchase anything.
