Recently bought an expensive phone (around 50k) from this shop. The phone started giving issues from day 1 and they simply denied to replace the phone. Their answer was - "you can take it to the service center".
Gurmeet, the owner of the shop, doesn't stick to his commitments and doesn't have spine to even listen to customer complaints.
Pathetic customer service and full of scamsters. Avoid at all costs.
