I have submitted my wife phone which I am using from last 6 month..There was only minor break on the front glass..I have asked mobile expert guy to check n replace ...He checked my phone and confirm there is no issue with touch and other part...He had cross checked so many times..Suddenly when I went to picked my phone...He confirmed me there is motherboard issue and toch was also not working..He damaged the screen and not accepting his mistake...When I checked my phone by removing the front glass..There was huge damage on the screen...My suggestion is not to give your phone to mobile expert ...They are chor...

Changing 1 to 5 star as I found after using 3 months approx mic and charging us working fine, so no issue with the quality and camera issue was seems more related to my broken camera part and co-incidently stop working.
Cheers up for good service only point may be communication can be more better. But still thumbs up to service.

I have problem with my Charger connector and headphone, Somebody referred me to go to the shop so I gone there but when I ask for repair, they said that they will replace by original parts and charges will be 750. There is no mechanism you can check that they are replacing it by original and you just need to trust them, repair price was on higher side, normally it is used to get repair at various mobile shop by 350-400. But because somebody referred me so I thought I should give a try expecting a quality work. If you see the shop atmosphere, and how the owner remain calm you expect so. So I did and got my device after 4-5 hours work. I came back and tested, charger and headphone working fine. So was happy. Now after that in couple of days I noticed that camera autofocus got stop working and text is getting blur. I called them he said please come after festival time, however, camera cannot stop autofocusing, however, I was quite clear as using the feature from long time and this time it is a essential need for me. He said probably there could be dust issue, will check and fix. I gone there it is far from my place like 8-9 km but trusting the shop and owner gone there and showed him, He seen the back, I said there that my camera is not working (He taken it on ego and mind it) and simply said any technician can't spoil the camera or autofocus, however because somehow, I have to use this feature a lot and it is must for me these days. I have to live it now like you go at a shop to fix some issue and in bonus you got some new issues, and if you raise your concern, they are least bother about the service....
So, if you go there, my only suggestion is just to check your phone is working correctly as after giving phone back to you, you can easily got new bugs and they just least bother about customer service. Only point they look the high charges without any bill or quality proof.
I am now not can scan any barcode which is clearly suggesting that issue come immediately after repair, but again now I have to pay heavy money to fix the new bonus which I got from Mobile Xperts people, just bogusly claiming that are experts... :-(
I am happy at least these social reviews system can at least give us a place where we can share our good and bad experiences and can make people aware and can force a bit to improve the quality of such so call experts shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it is a good mobile repairing and service center but severe lacuna is neither the accept the digital payment nor issue the receipt for the money received . Since they are not issuing any invoices hence they are also liable for tax evasion .
