Highly unprofessional conduct coupled by sheer ignorance and bucket loads of arrogance shows that it ought to be last on the list of places where a person ought to think of working. HR personnel lack basic courtesy. Lousy behavior displayed by HR personnel such as Ruchi Gupta shows clearly how low the level of professionalism, the company is comfortable with.

1. The technical person (Vinay Katiyar) was trying to prove his expertise rather than listening to the candidate. I feel the lack of mutual respect.
2. After multiple followups, the HR(Anwesa Das), does not bother to provide a feedback to the candidate.

1. No proper planning at work, which makes your work life balance horrible.
2. On top of it, they expect you to work on weekends and holidays.
3. Work is been assigned irrespective of techstack your are interviewed for - even for experienced candidates.
4. No latest tech stack used, so learning is zero.
5. Linguistic differences are seen across the teams.
6. Mangers literally speaks in hindi even during team meetings and other discussions.
