I contacted mobipoint for oneplus 5 repair.. informed that the display was broken but ever tying else was working fine as i was able take & make call use the finger print & face unlock... The guy said ok so you need only display replaced we will send some one in...
One of the engineer arrived at our place & started working on the phone after dismantle the phone ...
the engineer says you need to replace the home but why? as it was working perfectly fine.. His said that there are changes of it not working if we open the mobile.. i asked him to focus on working carefully and not damage the rest of the phone... He assured that not to worry & we are highly trained & certified engineer as our company doesn't hires any one who is not certified ( i had hopes that if he is well trained, he might know what he id doing) ..
He completed the display change & turned the phone ON & said sorry madam but you need to replace the home but as it is not working.. His response was madam that is why i informed you earlier that it will get damaged...
My only question was how can a work part of the phone fail to work after display replacement.???
After a long argument i asked the owner/manager & enigneer to fix the problem ... And their resolution you need to check that with the service center for the fix... 2K + the engineers charges for the home button replacement...
It was horrible that due to unskilled engineers fault i had to face more issues with the phone ... I asked them to help me get this home button fix & These people have not even bothered to take ownership of their fault...
No call back no response to queries since more than a month now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They repaired my i phone 6 screen 8 months back. It works amazingly without any concren. I opted for a refurbished screen and paid very less as i didnt want to invest more on a i ohome 6. They offered me clear explanations on refurbished screen vs OEM manufactured screen. Very good service as they come to your home and do the repair in front of you.
My phone’s battery had aged and i wanted replacement. Nyasa checked it and confirmed that the phone is 4 years old so battery cannot be replaced because the screen will get damaged if get it done. They asked me to buy a new phone?. How dumb i was to believe them. I contacted mobipoint and im now using my phone with a replaced battery.

I only having the problem with charging socket in my phone they took my phone from home and promised to fix the issue next day person come up with that we fixed the wrong charging pin and we are not able to fix this and they also damaged the display of my phone... In short I gave them my phone to fix socket issue in return they make my charging socket permanently damaged and gifted me one more ting my phone which is damaged display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I write reviews once in a lifetime, trust me u r better off these people. They have great common sense but the worst mobile repair services.
The worst customer service, these people have no sense of customer service and lot of common sense. Initially they scammed me with a screen at a higher price, the screen got cracks within a week & it didn't even fall or had a physical damage. It just happened by placing it in the pocket. When I complained about the cheap quality & the wrong fit that was made, their 'boss' talks about common sense & using his great divine sense asks me to get the screen fixed at the original price which was half the price I payed earlier.
His great common sense compelled me write this review.
Please opt for Yaantra instead, they atleast have good customer friendly people at their end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. I got my iPhone 5s repaired from these guys they told me to change my screen & battery which I got changed by them for approx 5000/- in total for such old iphone. Then after 3-4 days my iPhone screen stopped working. When I called them for warranty service & look on this matter response was we stopped our services & don’t pick phone.
