★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for an interview. Process was all good but after the interview, HR person told that she'll contact me regarding next rounds. It'll be a month now since they haven't provided any feedback. Please note that candidates wait for the response, whether it's a selection or rejection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard about its interview process quite a times and got convinced after reading some similar ones here too.
One of my friends went for interview process here on weekend . It was very irresponsible of them to call several people and made them stay long, wasted their time. After a long time they declared their choice. Here the concern is for people who stayed long holding hope.
You guys really need to respect people’s time. Better you mention head count earlier so that you do not waste others time also declare your results asap without wasting their precious time.
Not everyone is there to do timepass like you guys.

My only suggestion to mobisoft, if you dont want to hire then why you guys take interview.
I cleared two rounds here, they didnt given any feedback. After 2 weeks i called them for feedback then HR told me you have cleared all the rounds and share me your payslips. After that no feedback. Then once again i called for further feedback and HR told me i will update you within two days. But no reply from them.
I think you guys are free, thats why you take interviews for time pass.
