★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option for half rating wud have done that too for this store...To begin with after chasing them since morning they have no time to help you with ur product query...secondly on calling them twice and thrice u will only get vague answers and also hanging up on ur face....so in short it makes u feel like thy doing some kinda charity and u asking the products for free...the first ever place which I feel is soo unprofessional in handling their clients..worst is, Talking to the owner twice and still same attitude....
The most obnoxious reason that u have given me that no one from ur sales team received me call..my first call was received by Mr.Nitin ,m hoping he won’t be fired now and u wud say he doesn’t work with you...My second call was received by the owner himself Mr.Viral..I hope these are not made up names..I spoke to Mr.Viral on his cell phone too...and the evening thr was another sales representative who took my call and said no one is there in the store and he was the sole guy handling ur huge showroom...hope this should be enough to prove that u had received my calls...And to add to this my mobile number was very much shared with both the people who took my call...
