★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of furniture and behaviour etc are all good but while buying mattress, one has to be very very careful. May be it genuinely happened by accident but we ordered a mattress for 16k and got the delivery of a lower quality one WITHOUT any word from them. Only on spotting the difference, we had to call and the matter was quitly passed off as mistake of employee and replacement within 2-3 days but even after five days nothing has happened. To me it appears that it is a design, supply a cheaper item for the price of costlier one and if the difference goes unnoticed, you succeed in cheating, if detected, make the customer run around to get his due.
