★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impractical service centre and untrustworthy staff, ruined my car in the 1st service itself, the dealers showroom is in Santacruz west s v road but service centre is in chembur which is too far , they provide free pick up and drop of for car for first 3 services but in that you waste so much of ur fuel and in transit they spoiled the car with scratches, staff is answerable though so in talks with them to sort out issues but next service ll give car to some other hyundai service centre which is closer to my place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken our SUV by my husband for the pending first service washing and polishing with the expectation that the washing / cleaning of the underneath of the SUV dirtied after the monsoon will be done. While checking in for servicing had also told the service personnel for throughly cleaning the underside of the vehicle which was agreed by him. However, afterwards when asked whether the underside was washed, it was informed that they are not having the required cleaning pit facility for washing the underside. Hence underside washing was not carried out. Great dissapointment that one of the main purpose of cleaning for which it was taken was not done and the service personnel did not inform that they did not have the required facility at the start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experienced staff, who identifies the exact problems in the vehicle while servicing them. The GM Mr. Nitin Khamkar is very knowledgeable and guides his staff very well. Had my vehicle service after a long time cause of Covid, and the Service enabled the car run smoothly thereafter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been sending my creta to the service centre since 2015 ..today also my car is as good as new ..The last few times my service supervisor has been Mr Waseem and the quality of time patience and effort given to the vehicle has been outstanding
My problems have been resolved
The pick up and drop also has been so punctual
Special mention and hats off to all the drivers for this service
