Pathetic professional behaviour. I don't want to recommend Modi transport service to anyone. Beware before proceeding. All the best!

critical: Vehicle, Driver & Agent???? 1. Modi transport company does not have vehicle of their own has they promise in the website and in the brochure, they outsource it. 2. Vehicle shown to us on the day of booking was not provided, insted a very bad condition vehicle of its class was provided. 3. almost 6 out of 10 AC Vents was unserviceable, we ware trying to fix it all through the journey, few of them was stuffed with clothes and newspapers instead of closing the vent. 4. The vehicle was not clean and hygiene. photo attached for your reference. 5. Several times the front door of the vehicle was getting opened while running . Person sitting in the first seat was closing it often to avoid accident/ incident instead of enjoying the journey 6. Driver was rash driving the vehicle and spitting Gutka inside a bottle through out the journey. 7. Fastag was black listed and had to Stop more than 20 mts at each and every toll-booths we crossed.

Fake Promises and Lacks professionalism! 1.The vehicle which was promised and shown was not given. So don't fall in to the deception of "we don't show one vehicle and deliver another"! 2.The temperature control of AC and vent does not work. U have to manually adjust it every few minutes and close some of it with papers/clothes. 3.The passenger door opens while the vehicle in on the run, which is a disaster in waiting 4.The driver was unprofessional and was spitting tobacco throughout the journey BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. I could not find "UNSTAR" option.

My friend recommended me Modi Transport Company and I am glad. Me and my family hired the services for a personal event and then I also used them from my professional requirements. You can count on them and enjoy your time!

Modi transport service is very bad. It have fake promisse company Drive have no idea for see location Bus condition just like roadways bus Modi transporter cometment is not genuine

The service of Modi Transport is very dirty. It's very dirty. There is no cleanliness in it, nor was there any cleanliness in the bus @The A/c of ​​the bus was not working. The driver didn't even know the way. Seating seats were not comfortable. Seat covers were torn.. The 7 hour journey is completed in 12 hours. driver's behavior was not good. The service of Modi Transport Bus is quite useless. It's very dirty. It's very dirty I will not advise anyone to travel in this bus.......

Wahiyat Service, never book it… I had booked a 40 sitter bus with heater specially to keep the inside temperature warm as it was chilly outside on 21st January 2022. Sumant Modi sent a bus in which the heater was not working at all. On top of that many of the windows locks were broken and chilling air was always getting inside the bus. He had shown a hydraulic push button system bus and sent a bus in which leave the hydraulic even normal buttons were not working for at least 5-6 seats. The only speaker in the bus to connect with Bluetooth was a garbage to throw out as the connection was loose and it was creating irritating noise. We spent our time in silence throughout a journey of 550 km one side. The only good thing happened in the journey that the driver was cooperative and we went and came back safely. Though, I have deducted 5k for heater however, the inconvenience cost is priceless and Sumant can’t payback at all. You have lost a customer who has 3-4 upcoming events and a good network to bring. I am not writing any flowery words here for you but I don’t have good words either. I will not recommend Modi for its bus services. If you are taking it then do fix the bus and note down the bus number, pictures. Do keep a backup in case you get a different bus.

#FRAUD #SCAMMERS Modi Bus Wale is operated by goons!!! BEWARE of their nexus for any travel plan. I have been a victim of double fraud, After being a fraud by some other travel company, I contacted the owner MR. ASHOK MODI, who is an opportunist, made sure how to do loot in my case. I asked him to arrange a 20-seater tempo for my travel plan(500km travel with the same day up & down), and he reverted saying that it would cost me 17k for the 17-seat option and 25k for 25 seat option. Which is way too high than a regular rate. Interestingly his Son MR. SUMANT MODI had offered the price a week back as 13k for 16 seater option and 17.5k for 25 seater option and 29k for 27 seater Minibus coach with all-inclusive. However, since I had not done any advance booking with them and booked somewhere else and at the 24th hour was requesting the Modi Bus Wale for arranging the Tempo Traveler, I in fact agreed to pay 17k for 17 seat tempo option. Soon after I confirmed it, As by now they realized that I am needed and I will even pay 25k, I was told that the driver isn't available for that tempo. Hence the only option is now left for 25 seat option which would cost me 25k. I agreed for it knowingly that I am overspending. But I asked him, "is the tempo you are sending is of good condition?" He said very confidently, We are Modi Bus Wale from Gurgaon, we don't use the school busses and all... its a luxury condition tempo traveler. So I agreed to book it and then I was immediately asked to pay 10k as the booking amount, which is again way beyond the regular booking charges. This was basically a tactic of MR. ASHOK K. MODI shows how he is over-extending his help by arranging a tempo on such short notice and he created a moment of urgency in that way. But then upon my objection and reference to recent fraud with an earlier traveler company, he agreed with 5k as booking amount and pay the remaining 5k once tempo reaches my place. He said as soon as you will make the payment our driver will leave from here to the pickup location. In between, he introduce me to another person named Gagandeep(who is actually from another travel company known as Singh Saab in Gurugram) false clamming that he is the manager. After making the 5k payment, he said in 30 mins driver will reach. So I again waited and then after 30 mins called the driver and Gagandeep for 10 to 12 times but no one responded. After an hour i was told that a new driver will come soon. then it took another 45 min and finally a tempo came. When I saw the tempo, I was shocked as it was a typical School bus. with no basic feature as a Seat recline or even a charging point. Since I was already too late in my scheduled plan, so my journey begins with disappointment. Soon after that, I was asked to make a payment to which I said I will pay it to the driver in cash. By then had paid an additional 7k for refueling and 3k to the driver in cash, but he refused. So I spoke to MR. ASHOK K. MODI again and explained to him that as per our discussion, you were supposed to send a good condition tempo and this tempo runs with a maximum of 50-60 kph speed. So he retaliated saying I shouldn't have boarded the tempo if I didn't like it , to which I said that he could have also said before taking an advance amount that he only has a school bus available. He soon become personal and asked how old are you? don't do philosophy with me just make the payment. Since he was extremely rude and unprofessional, I told him that I will pay the driver. Soon after this discussion, while I was trying to make a phone transfer, my phone battery died. As I have been heavily using the phone since early morning for these bookings. I told the driver about it and assured him. With all this experience while returning, he again started to pressurize to make online transfers, while he refuse to give any invoice, slip of state tax payment or toll payment. Meanwhile, the whole situation strike me badly and I paid an additional 5k to the driver and towards the end of the trip paid 2k (totaling 22k) & withhold 3k.
