★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and sweet talks till you book the order and pays money. Assured promises to goods quality and after sales service. But surprise will start coming through not delivering of adject product you order, not showing up if some work is left in middle and no answering your calls for after sales service when your furniture starts getting disengaged in one month of fitting. If you really don't want harassment.. chose another vendor.
Would have given negative start rating.. had there been any option for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my modular kitchen chimney and gas burner from this company. The work was good and done on time with a promise of "life time service." Now its been only 2 years and i have been trying to catch their attention through whatsapp messages and calls but in vain. Their automated message pops up stating that they will respond. But it seems these are just marketing gimmicks. Because when product starts malfunctioning after a year or two, these guys just ignore you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So at last after a long wait the company sent their engineer to repair the burner malfunction. He did a good job and now the burner is working fine. I would still like to hold back a star from them. Not because of quality but simply to reiterate that prompt after sales service is far more important than the root sale.

I found his contact from my relatives who have took their services many times for their projects.
I made install my kitchen n everything was superb.
I can't understand that the persons who post their negative review for this company are originally their costumers or only their competitors? they should not post this type of negative views while they did not experienced his work actually.
it's only their private concern as I understand. The company has a goodwill, don't try to down it.
It's not my personal interest,
but many times me n my relatives took their service n even paid 60-70% advance amount n have not a single complained in work with them.
Cooperative behave n excellent service ??
