★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not treat you at all once they receive the money. The person writing good review are employees of organization. Not at all professional. I would suggest to get the work from local carpenter rather than Modus Home. I paid Rs 2 lakhs for kitchen and almirah, they have taken full money but work is still incomplete since last one year, they don't even attend the calls after taking money.
