★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They value money, not patient. An exceptional emergency always makes sense, But here it's really hard to understand the way they categorize the patient according to the fee paid by them. Long waiting is not explained to the patient correctly, and suddenly they push back you after their highly paid clients.

FOR EVERY VISIT YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 400
while you have your card alrdy.
This is very unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Pankaj Arora is polite and friendly .. I got pain in my ear and he resolved it in 5 mins .. I was in severe pain but thanks to Doc for making me feel better ? It was my first visit to his clinic ..I would recommend this clinic and doc for ENT related issues .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saved my life in Mid Feb 22 had visited him to checkup on pain in front of throat. After listening and examining, very clearly told me to consult my cardiologist and forbade me on any physical activity and continue medications till i get clearence frok cardiologist.this has resulted in triple bypass surgery frok which i am recovering now.
Had never been to his clinic earlier, but clear understanding of problem and timely advise saved me my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get fooled by the google reviews, they are only after your money. The Doc. treated my mother for a month with medicines and when her ear got worse, he told that operation is the last resort. So we went to some other docter for second opinion, he suggested to avoid surgery and gave her medicine for a week, within a week itself she got better. Will never suggest someone this clinic.
