β β β β β the construction quality is worst, due to poor construction quality many flats are leaking and some in some flats ceiling came down pls enquire with the residence who already purchased the flats they will tell the truth - It's not Mohan suburbia it's Mohan zopadpatti.

β β β β β We invested in Mohan Watersedge in 2017. It's a beautiful project. There is tremendous amount of appreciation in value post 2017. Mohan group has lived to it's wonderful name. The amenities given is world-class. Looking forward to investing more in Mohan group's new projects. Garden, Kids' play-area, gym, library, swimming pool, jogging track, box cricket net, Lawn tennis adds to the beautiful ambience.
