★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got their services on 6.3.21 from Mahim to Juhu and this was second time in last 3 years I availed their services. . They were better last time and now they have moved to best. Most professional and their staff are well behaved which normally does not happen during shifting specially while unloading, naturally they are tired, but this was not the case with Mohan Packers. Their CEO very cooperative and responsive. Safe packing and transportation. Prices are economical. I would say they one of the best packers and Movers in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horror of life dealing with the owner of this mover and Packers. So rude. Doesn't know to speak to women or any him a being. First of all before giving the quote he checked all that needed to be moved. I was moving within locality from a 2bhk to 2bhk. The owner promised full guarantee that he will eveything packed properly. Clothes in boxes and utensils in jute bags. Electronics in bubble wrap. It included installation and de installation of my a/c too.. All fake promises.
They will not stick to anything they say. They spoiled my fridge. My ac wire which is supposed to be kept straight they bent and broke it. Didn't even come back for installation of it. I had to spend 3.5k extra for pipe again. All my cupboard are ruined. The doors don't close. Drawers won't stay in place. My tv screen has scratches. They pushed and pushed all my stuffs in one small tempo. When questioned on the owner started abusing n shouting at me and mom.
Horrible horrible horrible experience. Please stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved our place in july and while booking the slot we were told that the things would be packed properly. However, our sofa was not packed in the cling wrap as promised. They did pack one half of the sofa but the other half was left like this. Have attached an image below. Half of our stuff went missing and when we complained they told us that it is not their responsibility. Wasn't even the small stuff that was lost, things that were lost were big and not something one can miss. Firstly they don't do things the way they have promised. They don't even care to listen to you after they have lost your stuff. We have lost a few things. Not saying they took it but because they didn't pay attention they did misplace our items. Would never recommend their service to anyone. Book at your own risk.
