★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the boutique as one of my acquaintances great things to say about their service however, my experience was the exact opposite. I was promised delivery of the end product just before Diwali (13 days after I gave it for stitching). I reached on the due date at the time that was communicated to me. I Was told that the dress was “being stitched at the moment” and that I should come back in 3 hours to get it. When informed that I come from a long distance and cannot be back again in three hours I was told that the delay was because of a power cut that happened the same say. It was surprising that they did not get time in the past 12 days to get a simple dress stitched and started doing everything on the day of delivery. Worst part was that the staff did not accept once that there was a lag from their part. Instead, kept on reinforcing that I should come back in three hours. Seemed as if they did not value their customers time. If you can’t value someone’s time then you’re not worth their trust either. They just lost a customer in me.
