★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohar Pratima, its really very peaceful , fantastic and beautiful location of talegaon. We agree with Mr. Adesh Bandekars said in that place has some positivity, we are very lucky , we have invested in such type of property.
This is so easy and convinant place of each and every family members of family. Even for Guest and the new comers will get easily what they want.No need to take extra efforts to find required things i.e.Schools, Hospitals, Shopping, Market etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most expensive property in Talegaon Dabhade .. Amenities aren't great.. post selling sales / service people takes the complaint casually. Don't resolve it, you will here casual answers.
Buying a house in Mohar Pratima is not worth at all.. think many times before buying.

Market, schools, ATMs and all daily need items are available at a stone's throw distance. Very good value for money project.
