★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 3 set of buildings named in phases (Phase I, Phase II & Phase III) situated in Manjirli gaon. Phase I building is most attractive and has swimming pool and bigger garden. I personally liked elevators built by Schindler. Security is moderate. Every building has it's own Gym, Club house and Parking place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK place only the main problem faced is autorikshaw we do not get..no auto stand at present... We need have to wait ten minutes to get n auto.. We need to walk 10 minutes til Dipali park to get the auto... And also road to Railway Station r very narrow v small road... ND flat room r v small as compared to other projects. Road r not maintained. V pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained housing society. Well managed all the things in small area. Club house is also good. Only thing is too much dust on road while traveling to building. Roads are not well maintained out side of building campus.
