★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a double bed, when the panel was lifted up to access the storage area we realized that the panels on both sides were not connected to each other but in between there a strip of wood which was basically packing wood, naturally this is a critical component which was made from packing wood. We complained and they sent their repair guy, he did repair the bed however he said "agli baad paise lagenge" the most unprofessional business I habe delt with. First they sold a sub standard defective product and later instead of being apologetic about it were arrogant. Its surprising to see how with this kind of business these guys r doing business. The sad part being in India thers really no protection for consumers so u cant really do much but get sheated by shameless crooks like these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent team and he understands requirement so nicely. This is the second Sofa I bought from Moshin Furniture, HSR and quality is awesome. The response to issues or service is brilliant. I am amazed his memory skills as he remembers each and every colour of my interiors for suggesting a matching color. Three others brought Sofa from him and they are happy with product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of work is just ok, not good. Most likely they don't use the same quality fabric as they ask you to choose when you are ordering.
Post sale service is worst. Won't pick up phone or reply to any message once they get to know that you are not a new customer. If you get a chance to talk, they will only keep deferring and will never come to visit.
Pre sale and order, they'll talk smooth, and even visit just for measurement.
Definitely won't recommend as you don't get the product worth the price and once you get the product you have to forget about maintenance or service from them even if you are ready to pay reasonable fee
