★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have given our house to Mokham Design and Build in November and they have finalised their work in January 2022. I want share my experience with you all so that you people should know the pros and cons before selecting them as your interior designers
It’s just two months when these things have started happening. Leakage from the sink as it is not properly fitted because of which gap is there and leakage is continuously there.
I had specifically asked Mushtaq to get the house painted in white as the existing Color was also white and they have painted pink (you can see in the pictures)
The third and fourth picture is of curtain rod which has fallen on my wife’s head as she was sitting beneath on a stool. They have used Fevicol to stick the curtain rod holder.
Pros: When they started the work they were very responsive in starting days, but the work declined as they approached in the finalising stage.
I’m writing this just because they have stopped responding me for anything and the problem I’m facing in just two months after completion.

Nawaz was constantly consulting us and also kept us informed of all the details. The workers were also polite and present at all times as this was a holiday season.
