Price is a bit high.
Needs to strenthen queue manangement/appoinment system , which is at present total failure with usual wait time of approx 3 to 4 hours when you have taken appoinent before hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my mother for a PET-CT scan at this place. And some serious issues -
1. There is no lift facility for a bed ridden patient. If you can sit on a wheelchair, then only the lift can be used. As my mother was bed-ridden, she had to be taken MANUALLY VIA STAIRS. Mishandling, mismanagement, and lack of facilities was clear as day. You can buy such an expensive machine that helps people, but cannot have a good enough lift to provide proper access to the patients.
2. Had an appointment for 9.30am in the morning, but the scan happened after 12.30pm. The patient was in the ambulance outside for that period, in pain, without food since past 12 hours by that time.
3. There was no social distancing being practiced at the location. Also, the parking outside cannot handle more than 3-4 cars comfortably.
Please look into these matters. A lot of people and hospitals are dependent on your services which should be spotless and not a cause for increased pain for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molecular management receives a perfect score. I'm impressed with how well they've responded to comments and expressed their opinions. I went to the RTPCR testing centre. Despite the fact that the test was a bit pricey, the overall experience was excellent. This is a spotless establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a lab that could perform a DTPA test and there i saw Molecular. I read all of their reviews and was pleasantly surprised by the Molecular Team's responses to each one. This is a fantastic mindset. My test was completed, and I received my results the same day. Doctor was quite helpful, and he even spoke with my referring physician to clarify his findings. Excellent lab and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not good .For just a Simple MRI they take 3-4 hours even after the appointment is booked. They are very informal towards their work , no commitment. No care for the patient, made patient ( senior citizen ) changed clothes 1 hour before the test in winters. The staff has no rules and regulations. All I can sum up is that don’t ever come here unless you want to waste your time money and want to have the worst experience of your life .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best pathology and diagnostic centre in Delhi/NCR Region. Staff is very humble and patient centric towards their patients. Neat and clean Lab. I got my CT scan done in this Lab, i can say they have skilled technical staff.
I recommend this Lab to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father visited the place. He needs oxygen support. The team at Molecular was very helpful. Its good to see how they replaced a new mask for setting up oxygen support in the clinic. I have not seen few things done in this lab anywhere else. They use paper towels on Stretchers, Toilets cleanliness, Use of wet wipes for patient, Use of new Gloves for each patient. I recommend this place for everyone, it is definitely the best place in and around Delhi. My special Thanks to Akhil for helping me during my visit.
