Very bad experience , won't suggest any1 to go to this lab for covid testing , in a crucial period like this they are taking things lightly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my family members got himself tested from this lab, reporting was done on time via mail so it saved our time. Whole staff is very cooperative and services are great at reasonable price. Also it was easy to reach the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given sample on 10th January and after that no response at all from lab till today kn Jan 12th. Nobody is picking up the call neither on mobile nor on landline. No response even on whatsapp. No response on email. Now even I am not feeling well still I have to goto lab physically to check report. Not recommended at all.

1 member positive reported which is false compared to other 2 labs. Their report is not accurate.
Worst experience in time of family members getting COVID.
