★ ★ ★ ★ ★ guys they promote as pay of loan and take it again but please be aware as i have been cheated and offered to close the loan in one go and take again, so i ended up paying my whole salary to close but then they have rejected the fresh loan application leaving me with no money and i am completely messed up. i had a emi based loan and going by assurance of the officials and text offers to close it n take it again i decided to pay of the loan using my whole monthly salary and hoping to take it again, but then they kept my whole salary and closed the emi based loan and rejected the fresh loan and i am left with no money, i tried all possible ways to contact them and they have stopped responding calls and emails, i have been a loyal customer and never delayed any payments, but they decided to reject my loan for no valid reasons. I had a dispute with another bank for wrong transaction that has tried attempting my account making bounches which is nothing to do with money in minutes but even if am a 1n half yrs old cust with good track record still they declined my loan and on top of it they have closed the emi based loan too keeping my whole salary. They cannot do this to a person who is running with one salary. I hav fallen into trapp of low interest by paying off the current loan and take it again but they have cheated. Not at all accptable, now i have no money to pay rent, card billas and other emis and getting threatning calls from other emis and cards, but MIM has closed eyes being selfish. Never believe them for fast service and take it again. They will send u massages saying close your loan and take it again, please be aware that no guerantee of getting loan again and you may end up stuck. i have emailed called and texted and chat but no response. I always pay them off after calling the higher level people and they assured all ok and so i paid off and now been cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to reach them for closing loan MIM45477341542, however no one from the company has reverted till now. I understand that DPD is more than 900 days which is not good. It was my mistake but it have not paid willingly. I was jobless and was in debt crisis. But that doesn't mean that they can demand more than one lakh for a loan of Rs 5000/-. I would not suggest anyone to take loan from this company as they charge very high which I think is not as per RBI guidlines. For my since I have not got a resolution, I will have to approach banking ombudsman for a resolution. Thanks, Anup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took loan of 8500/- last month & my 1st EMI was due yesterday for 4633/-. However, I decided to foreclose the entire loan. Which I did eventually but after sending a confirmation for my loan closure they went ahead & still charged me 4633 on top of the ,8893/- for foreclosure. Because I had missed 1 other EMI as I out of funds. This is a very cheap act & I would never recommend to install this app. Will this MIM pay the bounce charges for my other EMI. ??: Very disgraceful act. Sent several emails but no one wants to respond
