I have pre booked one cake and given advance as well and at the time of delivery they ask me to choose another cake.
Don't try to play with customers emotions , we trust monginis but due to few sales man we loss our trust on monginis.

I have booked cake by giving them payment in advance. The lady over there asked me give advance so that they can keep my order seperate.
When i went to take order that lady asked some other worker to adjust the cake and asked him to tell us that they have sold out our order.
If you don't know how to deliver order then do not give assurance. It's a huge waste of time for me. I can understand you have many customers but if you continue with the same attitude then customers will also have many options available attitude.
That lady was smiling and ignoring like nothing wrong happened. I cancelled my order and pulled my advance.
If you are planning to give them advance money to book your order then beware!
They are not less than scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to hangout for youngsters, peaceful place, here you can get a lot of gifting items, the staffs are polite, here you can find a lot of snacks items, wide variety of sweets, cakes and you will also get soft drinks. The decoration is nice and very pleasant to the eyes, you also have the option to pay online, located on the jatni main road
but taste was somewhat a little simple, overall a good experience.
