The quality of food has gone down. Monginis was our go-to place for pastries and puffs since childhood. But nowadays their food items are not good enough like before.
I won't be buying from here anymore. Very disappointing!

But when I ate this Cake then the Cake quality too poor and Cake chocolate layer is too light.this is Not expected from monginis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality pastry. I tried pineapple pastry, the frosting cream tasted sour n the pastry looked stale. Could not finish even single pastry. Very bad quality. And most often, i have the same experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever, everybody was giving different quote of the cake, the price for 1kg basic truffle cake was quoted first at₹900 and then ₹1200 by the manager Mr Saket for no reason. And no courtesy or customer service skills. When asked for refund as the information kept changing later, did not even refund the full time said will deduct charges credit card transactions. FRAUD! And worst cake decorations ever. I am so disappointed in Monginis.
