★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Blueberry Cheese Cake was very tasty as well as pretty. However, the Strawberry mousse only looked pretty. The flavours are way off balance and the amount of basil seeds is too much high. It makes the whole thing a lot bitter instead of making it sweet. The layers in the mousse are also wrong.
