Lacks varieties and quality as per Monginis standards.
This is more of a local shop operated under Monginis brand name and degrading the quality and taste of real Monginis.
I ordered pineapple cake and to my surprise it came with pink color cream. Not sure how pink symbolises Pineapple.
There is no proper order management.
They have hardly two refrigerators to store cakes and rest comes from factory which is black box whether really monginis or someone else locally.
Freshness and base of cake is really pathetic which user will come to know once he starts consuming it.
Instead of Monginis specially in Buldhana, I would suggest to go for Vrundawan cakes or even De’Krillo as my personal experience if you really need quality.
Owner is very peculiar about prices marked by self on cake decoration items which are not worth the value.
He is so confused that even he forgets to put knife in cake box after asking for discounts.
Seems to be newbie in market and degrading actual brand value of Monginis.
Monginis should really have a look at the services before the name is completely degraded in Buldhana.
Owner is not even interested in showing items placed in shop until and unless asked two to three times.
