★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst monginis outlet it is...they dont know how to behave with customers...they dont even look at customers when they enter...they always gossip among themshelves....and i even got a rotten egg devil and a bad sandwich,which they are not sorry for.according to them its company's fault...they are keeing those foods without air conditioning..its really a bad outlet..i am totally unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay I wanna share my bad experience in this outlet. I bought a chicken pie but this is such a horrible... Pie was Full of fungal and when I noticed, half of pie was in my stomach. Fully disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS......This is the worst outlet of monginis. They dnnt know how to behave with a customer. I even experienced a rotten egg devil..but they were not at all sorry for this. Rude behaviour. They keep talking among themselves when a customer enters. They even dnnt bother about any need of a customer. The lady there doesn't know manners..and the boy (may be her child) also doesn't know how to behave.
Even they dnnt maintain a particular temperature to keep food fresh.
All they do , is busy with sound box, and they are always busy to change songs.
Irritating environment.
I suggest to not to go to this shop.
THEY REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A BUSINESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monginis cake shop, newly opened branch at Tobin Road bus stand, place is small and compact though nicely decorated. There is no seating arrangement. You can find delicious and variety of cakes and eggless pastries, chicken, veg and paneer snacks are available, quite tasty and priced reasonably, no fish item is available here till now. Stuffs are courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff should be more professional, I had taken Birthday cake twice from this shop and asked them to write the name on top of it... believe me the writing were terrible both of the time.
I don't have any complaints but professionalism should be there specially when the brand name is associated with the shop.

Monginis serves totally veg cakes of different varieties and flavours. Everyday they are coming up with new flavour and with less suger content in it.
