★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually wanted to give -1 stars to this great place because the shopkeeper doesnt even know which is a chocolate cake and which is vanilla cake..He gave me a vanilla cake under the name of chocolate cake...he could not even write the name of the person properly.I dont for god sake the company kept such a bad person on job...I recommend you all guys never to buy cake from that shop again.It is just wastage of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a few unfortunate experiences here. The cakes are dry, so much so that they’re barely eatable - not to mention the one time when I was served a cake which was way too old than it should have been.
Mongini’s was once a good cake shop chain - their standards, quality and service has fallen a lot over the years!
They’ve cheated out on a lot of things including the knife you’re served with the cake! That’s cost cutting taken to an extreme.
Sadly, there aren’t many more quality options for cakes!
