★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience... Stale and rotten chocolate cake was sold.. They refused to accept it, rather I was asked to lodge complaint with Monginis directly. Rude and irresponsible staff with zero knowledge of bakery products .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all recommended for Advance orders. Placed an order 3 days in advance, on party day when went for collection then cake wasnt ordered at all and given excuse they forgot . Unprofessional and unapologetic staff as we suffered last time rush and party went without theme cake.

This is quite easily the worst Monginis outlet in all of Pune. The staff is likely to steal your hard earned money by quoting any random prices for cakes so keep an eye out for the price label on the base of the cakes. She usually charges 360 per cake when the cake will be for 300 or maybe even less. This happened to me just yesterday and when I mentioned to her that the MRP says 300 she looks at me like she's in shock and she cannot believe that she quoted a wrong price.
I don't buy it because this is the second time she's tried to pull this trick on me. The first time I assumed it might have been a mistake. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me..
The cakes themselves are only about average and usually stale.
Apart from trying to steal your money they'll also act obnoxiously as well.
Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many variety of cakes and confectionery products are offered by this store. I purchased a Belgian chocolate cake which did not taste well.
The shop maintenance is also not good.
Won't visit this place next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monginis Cakes are usually good and this outlet is good only if you walk-in and pick a cake. Not at all recommended for Advance orders. Placed an order 3 days in advance, got a call on 3rd day (on the day of delivery) that cake cannot be delivered at the price we paid at the time of booking. Highly unprofessional and unapologetic staff.
