★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for an xm (11th floor).It was May 24th, 2019.The ac was not working throughout my xm. Moreover, I have to face server problem there. 1.5 hr xm takes 3 hr. 1st 10 minutes, then 30 minutes pause. Then 1 hr and 45 minute pause.last, 20 minutes. And in 3 different systems. My flow of getting xm was just destroyed. THE WARST EXPERIENCE EVER, AS AN XM CENTER. TOTALLY FUSTRATING. IF U CAN'T TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY, THEN, WHY CONDUCTED A NATIONAL LEVEL XM?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility of Institute is fine, but i have been charge 225/- rupees for paying certification amount via card and receipt was also not been provided for the 225/- rupees. I did my previous certification at NIIT, i was not charged a single penny for paying the certification amount via card. Really disappointed :(.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor handling of examines.Have metal detector still they cut religious wrist threads removed belts also they are trying to cut jeans tags as per a idiot sitting there as saying security threat ( seems they think examinies will come in sando and burmuda). sandles and chappals are made to remove and placed like heap inside the gate. Systems are okay but poor sitting placement.AC is worthless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for online exams....I had my SSC CPO exam here... working stuff are pretty good.
It's quite easy to reach here...take any of the buses "DN 47", "barasat- joka", "barasat-satragachi" , etc and get down at "Philips More"....the building is just 2 minutes away from there.
Easily noticeable as it's absolutely besides the high road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearest bus stop is Phillips More. KB 16, 215A, ST6 and Serampore-Newtown bus stands are nearby. Location is between college more and technopolis. Bags are kept in their reception. The staffs are helpful but their attitude is somewhat like that of arrogant headmasters and headmistresses. Toilets are too small when you are thinking about organizing a national level exam. And the worst part is the AC ducts were for show only. Each room has got a stand fan which was making the glass sealed room more and more claustrophobic throughout the exam. The centre is at 11th floor. Lift is provided for the candidates.
