★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monier Roof Tiles are of top quality. The problems found in many of the negative ratings in here are mainly arised because the customers did not go with the authorized roofers for installations or they have not implemented the full roofing system suggested by Monier sales personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monier Roof Tiles are of top quality. lot of customers hired local roofers team in chip rates instead of the authorized roofers for installations or they have not implemented the full roofing system(RSC) suggested by Monier sales & technical personnel. Product quality is definitely best only installed it under guidance of monier team & authorized roofers team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad product. Installed their perspective roof tiles and in less than three months the color started fading and now almost every tiles in faded. Looking for a solution from the manufacturer, if not have to look alternative steps. I advise all, make sure you try the product at own risk and always ask for warranty in writing. I am extremely embarrassed after spending a hefty amount for the roof tiles. If anyone can advise me how to find a solution, please let me know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to mention my experience with Monier which has been utterly disappointing. We got our roof relayed by them about 3 years ago due to leaks. At that time we had contacted a lady by the name Soumya ( who has apparently left the office now ). She claimed like all marketing representatives that Monier is one of the best in the business and not only do they do a good job they give you guarentee for work done. She put us on to Mr Murthy who visited our place and asked us to buy stuff from Monier in order to relay the roof. A whole lot of stuff from tiles to ridges, top flex etc. was purchased from them the laying of the roof was then carried out within a day and within 2 months the tiles lifted off. I contacted them repeatedly to no avail. And as I said it's been 3 years. I would like to say that I've lost patience with them as they have behaved very unprofessionally and irresponsibly. Absolutely disappointed with the shoddy work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly done work , poor customer support, no response on calling from 3rd day of work. Ceiling Tiles laid by then are falling . And lot of water leak from unfinished shabby work
** guys beware on their customer support they wouldnt take any step in tracking the dealer they refer to , after sending mails as well. Dealer in kerala “ JAXBE roofing solutions “
