★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is the most corrupt lady in this business. From tile to upholsteries she will have her big fat cut (COMISSION) with every vendors. She'll try her best to take her customers on shopping spree to China. She has big fat commission arrangements from her preferred Chinese vendors, she also got caught in commission gate with one of her clients recently. This is about the professional integrity.
Technically, she is very poor has a template design approach, none of her work is different and unique. She is a taker and knows how to keep her clients in confidence.
