★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought reception gown for my fiancee from here last week. The quality of work and choices are above average but it is a bit overpriced. But the sales rep and manager do not stand their word. They do not do what they commit if there is some alteration of work or addition or modification.
In our case they charged us way too much for using our own material in the sleeves however they committed they would do “EXTRA” work on the sleeves and return the exceeding material back to us. On the day of delivery they backed away from their word and still charged the same for using our own material.
Stay away from this place if possible or take the modifications in writing from the manager/owner.
