★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With regards to your earlier response, note that these builders have now got about five high beam focus lights turned on throughout the night pointing directly into the houses and bedrooms of the surrounding societies. I am posting this at 1 am after having a sleepless night due to these lights turned on. This is complete disregard on the part of the builder as opposed to what they have claimed earlier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ugly blob of a building coming up in the scenic and peaceful surroundings of Baner Pashan link road. I wonder how these types of projects get sanctioned in the first place which spoil the natural surroundings of the place.
Whilst being constructed itself, the horrific noise by the construction(going on till late night)has become a headache to the senior citizens living in the vicinity of this building. They have bright lights turned on the cranes atop the building which are directly focused into the homes of the citizens living in the surrounding societies which shows complete disregard on the part of the builders of this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an ultra posh place based on what portion of the building is completed. It is a huge place both vertically and horizontally. The entrance is accessible and the ambiance is awesome. With supr markets like the Star bazaar in the base floor and a lot of eateries around, this will soon be a go to destination.
