★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monte Carlo Fashions, Limited is selling its apparel products under the brand name of Monte Carlo[2][3][4] which was established in 1984[5][6] by Oswal Woollen Mills Limited[5]and is owned by parent company Nahar Group[7] based in Ludhiana, Punjab. Mr. Jawahar Lal Oswal[5][8] is the chairman and managing director of the company.
The company has two manufacturers units in Ludhiana.[5] There are over 1,450[5]employees.
In year 2006 there were 23 stores.[9] In 2009, 100th store[10] was opened in New Delhi. As of March 2014 there were 191[5] ‘Monte Carlo Exclusive Brand Outlets’ in India and two are in Dubai & Kathmandu respectively and over 1,300[5] multi brand outlets across India. Monte Carlo has been awarded the Superbrand status.[11]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer handing.Sale persons seems like they r not interested in showing clothes. Sales manager is arrogant and full of attitude.Poor and costly stock. You can get better sweaters n jacket in lifestyle in cheap rate and in good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely HORRIBLE experience at this place; wish there was an even lower rating I could assign to this store in Z Square mall.
The SALESMAN was extremely DISINTERESTED and RELUCTANT to show us the products; After asking him several times, he replied, "WHY DON'T YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND? DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT!!!". To this, I replied that I was looking for multiple products - cardigans, jackets, coats etc. and had already finalized a couple of items and had them kept on the billing counter. However, instead of cooperating with us, the salesman kept talking back. What made the situation worse was that the SALES MANAGER (who btw pretended to be the owner of the store!) joined him in arguing with us and was unbelievably RUDE!! Unable to comprehend the utter LACK OF MANNERS and PROFESSIONALISM these people displayed, I was forced to LEAVE THE STORE empty-handed.
This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and I would certainly not visit this store again.
On reading other reviews on Google, I have discovered that other customers have gone through similar unpleasant experiences. IT IS HIGH TIME THAT THIS ISSUE IS ADDRESSED - the salespeople, including the Sales Manager, should be trained in customer-handling and etiquettes, lest the store lose genuine customers.
