★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude customer service. I went to get some warm woolen non fleece lowers/pyjamas I've had good experience with the brand so far. The sales girl showed me something with a very disappointing fabric, which is ohk I could have walked away, but no she had to be condescending and told me rudely - aapko pata nahi chal raha hai ye wool hai and when I said no, she upped it and told me it's 85% wool and when I looked for the labels she said isme nahi likha hai mujhe pata hai. When I tried to check the men section the sales guy told me I can only ask that rude salesgirl and refused to show me.
I told them am extremely disappointed there's only so much one can do. Only then another stepped in and was decent enough to show me what they had.
Entire experience just ruined my day.
