β β β β β Monte Carlo is reputed brand of woolen garments. One of its outlet is in the first floor of City mall Gorakhpur.It,s fixed price shop so there is no bargain here. It's garments and designs are very appealing as well as long lasting. I had purchased many woolen items from this shop.Service men are well behaved and coperative towards customer. I get full satisfaction here. They have provision to exchange the items also. Satish Tripathi

β β β β β You will find a variety of premium t shirts here . The customer service is just brilliant . Jeans is also a speciality of this store but t shirts are just just awesome and great. I had purchased more than 3 dozens of t shirts from this store since my childhood. And nevertheless I felt that I bought defective item . Their after sales service is remarkable. They returned my 10 day old t shirt whose color fade away by washing and get me new one . The managers The staff all are very kind and supportive. The price is also affordable and location also on the first floor of city mall. Please do visit to find some premium t shirts and many other clothes stuff. One thing I can assure that u won't get disappointed after visiting this store.

β β β β β Do not have any issue with the shop or staff per se.but the brand quality is seriously pathetic.there is one more MC franchise in golghar, nearby royal residency, but since it is missing on google maps, have to add the review about quality of MC products here. the brand logo and the designs of the apparel looses the pasting and falls off the product, even without a wash, just within few days of wearing, making it nothing more better than a non branded.some products even lack the extra bar code within the clothes, making it impossible to be exchanged, in case of a defect.so better check that before you buy the product. better avoid monte carlo products, add some more money and buy from puma or reebok.
