Owner do repairing all bikes and scooty with Patience.I had the BEST experience with Bike Repairs Direct: great & professional bike service, super fast and friendly communication, price value is unbeatable. I’ll definitely will bring my bike there again and I can only recommend Bike Repairs Direct to 100%If I could give more than five stars, I would! One of the best customer service interactions I have ever had.
Monu was beyond helpful in returning a faulty bike I had purchased from another seller and negotiating a refund. He also helped me find another second hand bike to buy which so fa has been perfect.
He went above and beyond, explaining processes and remaining patient despite my limited knowledge of bikes.
In the future I will not use any other bike repair service.
