★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a small table model Videocon Reregirator. Due to my negligence, the same needed repairs as there was puncture in the cooling part of the fridge. Approached the Authorized Service center at Rajajinagar, and if I had accepted their nature of diagnosing the problem, definitely I would have been taken for a ride. They advised me to change the Compressor and the cooling pad and with other Service charges quoted Rs.5000/- plus. Some how I had my doubts on that. Prajwal Refrigerator repair is a local person in my area. Approached him with my problem. God bless, that was the best thing i had done. This person by name Mr, Krishna, proprietor understood the issue, accompanied me home analysed the problem and to my surprise, the Compressor is at its best. Only the punctured cooling pad had to be replaced. He checked over telecon then and there. It was confirmed that the parts were readily available in the market. Due you know the total cost including labour, IT WAS JUST Rs.1800/- ONLY. The repaired refrigerator is almost seven months now and it is as good as a new one in working. Friends in and around the area, you can with all Trust , Faith and confidence confide for your repairs with Mr. Krishna. He is a very simple person with very good attitude and knows his job well and executes to the best. Down to earth person with a simple shop but with professional equipments and knowledge. Last but not the least all the repair was done at my place in front of me. My full recommendations for Mr. Krishna.
