About Moolchand Medcity
Vibhu Talwar is a co-promoter of the Moolchand Group and a trustee of The Moolchand Trust. He has served as the Managing Director of Moolchand Healthcare since 2002 and has played a pivotal role in its transformation.
Vibhu is viewed to be a leader in the healthcare services space in India. He has developed deep expertise in healthcare quality, systems and process development, operations excellence and organization design and development.
Prior to assuming his current role in 2002, Vibhu was associated with Salomon Smith Barney (real estate M&A) and JP Morgan (industrials/consumer goods M&A) in New York, London and Singapore for 4+ years. He focused on corporate finance, cross border M&A, leveraged buyouts and mezzanine finance.
Vibhu graduated with honours in Mathematics and Economics from Oberlin College. At Oberlin he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Hanson Prize for distinctive work in the field of economics.

Wait is never over for vaccination.
Noone is here for proper guidance or attending the patient..Watchman to nurse ..Everyone is telling the price of vaccination, but no one is here to tell the proper procedure or actual waiting time.

β β β β β Moolchand is a hospital with a golden heart. From the moment my father was wheeled into Emergency on 7th June he received prompt medical attention, heartfelt help and experienced knowledge. We could not have asked for a more professional and caring team, with a strong work ethic. I was truly impressed with the compassion the Doctors and their team had in dealing with a senior citizen. They have our eternal gratitude.
We experienced a hospital with the highest medical ethics. At no point were any unnecessary procedures/tests done or suggested. And no advantage was taken of the current ongoing pandemic. They surely keep the patient's best interests in mind.
Lastly, their room and hospital hygiene standards are world class. I thank the management from the bottom of my heart.

β β β β β Really very bad experience. We had an appointment with time slot 9 am to 11am. We reached hospital around 8.30am but there was no staff for guiding us and pharmacy also closed at that time. We have waited till 9.15 and staffs were arrived and we had asked for the vaccination. They told us to wait for some time. We have waited till 10 but no response from their end. Finally they told we cannot give vaccination today as they need to have atleast 10 people for vaccination. We were 3 and we returned after a long wait. Really felt very bad. They should have informed their procedure before taking the booking.

β β β β β Hospital staff is so supportive and humble, they are very professional as well, service is fast and efficient, I like the hospitality they do. Price seems higher than other hospital in Agra, location is little far from main city in emergency it is not feasible. Neat and clean place and hyegeinic environment. If they can provide best services in less price then you can rock.

β β β β β You may think that because this has been built as a state of the art hospital, the service will be better. Don't be mistaken, this hospital is in Agra and it's probably just a lot of black money converted to white because the hospital only is a facade there is nothing state of the art here.
Almost like a ghostly property with handful of people who make big promises and cannot keep them. Dr. Bachhu Singh, told me to come for my next dose on October 1 at 9 am after my first dose on September 4. I landed up at the right time, that's when they inform me that they don't have a slot, when the reality being that they cannot open the vial unless there are 10 people to vaccinate. Bachhu is doing rounds at this time. I am informed that he will take 1-2 hours for the round ( very diligent doctor you see)
Today it is Lakshmikant who is sitting at the Doctor's desk, has no clue what needs to be done, he says we have no slots today. And I should come tomorrow. Leaving all the hospitals in the city we come to this one thinking this is world class but alas. There is no managment just some young boys who think they are god's gift to mankind.
Decided to take pictures, for my review and ask for Dr. Bachhu Singh, that when Mr.
Raman Kumar another employee of Moolchand Medicity Hospital insists on knowing why I want to speak to the doctor, illmannered completely, only knows how to act smart but doesn't want to help. Raises his voice, but since I matched his decibels didn't argue further.
At first I thought I will wait till the doctor comes, but then I thought why should I wait, it's their loss of 1400 rupees, but I guess that peanuts for them for they will be minting money anyways.
That's the tragedy when medicine becomes business patient care and compassion goes for a toss. None of them are evening empathetic to your dilema. They are just not bothered and don't care.
Please beware before getting yourself treated here..God knows what they are really capable of. Engage with Moolchand at your own risk.
