When I asked you how many day will it take to dry-clean my blanket you said 4-5 days max and when I placed my order on 17th you yourself wrote the delivery date on 24th rather than writing 22nd, which I realised when I reached home but excepted it gladly. And before placing the order in the beginning you said your blanket will be delivered at your door step. So on 24th after receiving your text I called you and confirmed about my order and you said it'll be delivered by evening. I didn't receive my product on that day and you didn't even bother to update me on it. The very next day on 25th I called you numerous time in the afternoon, you didn't responded to it. Eventually I had to come and collect it myself. So Moonlight dry-cleaners please enlighten me when was it that you requested me to come and collect it from your outlet. And instead of apologies you were making lame excuses.
Is this how you provide services ??
You just stood there with your attitude when I was complaining as if it was all my fault and it doesn't even matter what your customer is saying.
And even here instead of apologizing you are pointing fingers at me.
Now you reconsider your statement !!!
