★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23rd March we purchased fish in more megastore. Gye gave the fish Without it was too worst to see. Only 30% cleaned. Next time I won't bye fish if the guy is same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff's behaviour is so rude... Only one particular lady staff behaves like that way... I was waiting in the billing counter for more than 10 minutes and she is not even responding.. Then I asked her about billing then only she is telling machine not ready, that too the way she sepaks is like im stealing something from her personal property, after getting billed from another counter by the same lady, she didn't gave the bill.. Atleast she could have the responsibility to call us and give the bill... ???? She behaves in a verybad manner.. Very attitude lady... More megastore should not hire staff those who don't have atleast customer Service mentality... ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is available at this store, right from grocery, bakery products, vegetables, fruits, household equipment, household cleaners, personal hygiene, formal and casual clothing, footwear.
There are offers and discounts seen on most of the food items.
Pros
A wide variety of almost all products
Offers and discounts available
Affordable prices on daily usable products.
Daily wear available at lower prices.
Good for budget shopping.
Cons
Even though the store covers majority of products, there were some items like disposable spoons, keychains, fridge magnets, to name a few, were not available.
The store is not so clean and well lit.
Especially the first floor and flooring seems to be dirty.
The escalators are a bit of a pain as you might stumble or fall if you are not used to it.
Heavy carts are difficult to handle.
Discounts not seen on Harpic, Domex and Paneer, which are available in other supermarkets.

I'm so much disappointed on today vist
Because i went to grocery section to get items i packed everything which was needed
And Chana tal & sugar was left
Because it was empty i asked them is there s a stock at 12:50 they said yeah it's there they ll refill & even sugar was empty in two buckets i checked with the guys they said 5mins they have to get from second floor it as been 1:45mins no one came and refilled it
And there so many store keepers but few ll be having chat with their co worker

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store comprises of all the essentials and groceries from across all ranges. Discounts are impressive. The Bar section has a galore of collections which is great. Some prices when compared to metro cash n carry are even more competitive. Ample car parking as well. Overall a 3/5 store
Things they could work on:
1. Appoint more assistants to help customers
2. Introduce more familiar brands in many areas (ex: masala section lacks collections)
3. Few places, especially with the energy drinks, there were old mfg tins available at cheaper cost, probably that could be marketed better
4. Increasing seating area
5. Could as well try to make a restroom in the ground floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i planned to visit more mega Store, I thought yle I visited the clothing???? section I found very less items but found many varities? of brands. Sometimes it happens that you're in a hurry to buy something specific but the nearby mall provides you with this kinda service that, stock is low or there's no incoming load ⭕ I really felt very bad?because I'm preparing for a business trip so I'm in need of Polo ? tees. With a lot of research I picked/selected one ☺️, but some unhappy ? customer wrote something on the tees with the ball-pen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place for shopping. U can have fresh items on sunday so i recommend u to visit on sunday for fresh items it's pretty clean and well maintained now u can feel Sweety because all ACs are close due to covid which i feel is wrost because it's close place and so i felt too hot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the largest store in Bangalore city. It has everything from grocery, vegetables, fruits, clothes, vessels, luggage etc. Offers too are displayed well. Vegetables are far cheaper than any other place. However it is not lively, some fun is missing. Clothes discounts are good, it's spacious on 1st floor too. It has good parking lot too, outside the store.
