★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More supermarket is a big store catering to needs of any home. It houses fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices, pulses, nonvegetarian food cooked and uncooked both are availabile. There's a small bakery having breads and ready to eat bakery items. Also apparel for kids , women and men. There's also a small play area in it for kids. It has many billing counters which drastically reduces waiting time at the end of shopping. There are trolleys availabile here specially customized for kids.

Parking is not a problem.
Bakery grocery stationary etc.. many category.
Not many helpers available.
Many counters are closed during peak hours( spclly night)
Idiot people.... Shuting down the AC... Even when people are shopping.. and that too 2hrs before closing time.
Security guard and the guard uncle at bag checking counter is nice and we'll mannared. Management should be more sensible and maintain the temperature inside the supermarket. Idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually go to hosur road outlet only. Recently we noticed that they are not billing correctly. For example, we purchased Rs200 per kg apple but they are billing for Rs229 per kg apple. If biller not sure on product code they will go for the highest rated one. sometimes in the hurry biller may use wrong product code unknowingly only, but ultimately customer only loosing the money. In the Last month visit they charged Rs230 instead of Rs99 for one pair of slippers. We identified the same once we reached home only. So be vigilant when they are billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to any other More mega store, but to be honest, there aren't much products available here. Selection of products is very limited here Only best part about this store is that it has ample parking area. Overall, daily needs are available but most of the miscellaneous items aren't available here, and no proper placement of products, they could have done it way better by arranging products in a proper way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were not ready to turn on the AC even at the extream hot after noon time. When I complained about it, one staff member was kind enough to call their manager. But he scolded that staff for contacting him for a customer complaint! He promised to come in 10 minutes and never showed up. It looks like they are clearing the stock and closing it forever. Lot of shelves were left vacant.

The billing process happens fast, huge parking facility is available which is open, there is also a foodcourt which provides various snaks at reasonable prices. Fish and meat is also available at the end of the store.

First of the item that we purchased was defective and after much waiting, the person who comes to exchange it doesn’t give proper information if the refund will be in cash or card. Without confirming with us, the staff already transferred the refund amount in card. When we mentioned the same to him, he was shouting at us in Kannada creating a scene in the store. After much discussion with their manager, the guy finally apologised wasting so much of our time. The experience was extremely horrible and would never suggest anyone to go to this store. These people really need to learn how to behave with customers. Extremely pathetic store with defective products and disrespectful and arrogant staff!
