even they don't listen to you about quality complaints.
They reply. ક્વાલીટી તો આવી જ આવશે.
મતલબ કે તમને ગમે અને પોસાય તો ખરીદો.
My conclusion about this seller is if your client need cost cutting product then go with them.
If they need quality product then find another.
